Anosha’s Workout Plan

SO…. Im hitting the gym everyday getting ready for upcoming shows! I really don’t do much just some cardio about 2 miles or so then some abs and weights, just keeping it righty tighty….


P.s. I secretly have no upper body strength… Im scared to work out my arms cause they’re so defined already i’ll look like a man! Check out those guns lloolol
