I first saw this movie sitting in a Visual Language class at Mass College of Art. We all had to bring in our favorite movies and someone brought in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I remember being so intrigued the whole movie and by the end it had become MY favorite. I just watched it again the other night and I really do love this movie. I love the scattered sequence and how the story evolves and unfolds and how it is directed. I don’t want to give away anything because you should definitely rent it and see for yourselves! I promise you’ll love it!

I know alot of people are worried that music has gone downhill but I found two rays of hope tonight when I attending an amazing show at the Viper Room. Janelle Monae was headlining with Bruno Mars as her opening act. Both performances were AMAZING!
BRUNO MARS….
I had never heard of Bruno Mars untill this performance but then I realized shortly he was the vocalist on B.O.B.’s “Nothing on You” and Travis Mccoy’s “Billionaire”…Both songs I loved the vocals on and just didn’t know who sang it. His original songs blew me away and he is amazing live! Sounds like a record. He’s becoming a new fav of mine. I couldn’t find much info on him but check out his myspace and I’m sure it’ll direct you to more of his music. Can’t wait to hear more Bruno Mars!
JANELLE MONAE…
As for Janelle Monae, I always loved her and knew she was great live but I was not prepared for this big ball of energy! She was so animated and theatrical on stage. I loved how she was in her own little world. Not only did she put on a great show but her voice sounded amazing!
Best show I have seen in a while. Hands down!
If you’ve never heard of Bruno Mars or Janelle Monae, look them up! Bet you’ll like them too!

It was such a nice day today so I decided to take my buddy Trey and walk up Melrose to poke our heads in all the Vintage shops. I ended up finding this really cute blouse from Slow.

Sooo I wrote a song called “Spaceship” which was supposed to be on my upcoming EP….I get on my Twitter to find someone had tagged my song to me? hmmmmm….How on Earth did that someone get my song?? Second time this week!! I recorded this version, this ROUGH version of “Spaceship” when I was in the studio in Atlanta so I suppose it could have traveled anywhere. Since its already out, I may as well give it as a free download for your listening pleasure. So here is my new song “Spaceship” Let me know what you think?!
